I spent 1 night and would like to go back there again. Came in Redding for trip, the hotel met requirements. The property rooms were beautifully maintained and cool with a comfortable bed and microwave, for example. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Chris and the morning lady were super thoughtful and knowledgeable, offering accommodations for my needs and even a late check, out during a challenging time. the nice clerk and manager went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with a surprise upgrade and quick issue resolution. the quiet location was jaw, droppingly peaceful, with great dining options nearby. Can't wait to return!.

I absolutely adored the cozy sitting area near the fireplace in the lobby, it felt like a warm hug inviting me in. the comfortable chairs made it easy for my achy joints to relax. the wide hallways and easy-to-navigate layout were a blessing for this old gal, allowing me to move around without any trouble.

Lack of handrails in the hallways; a must for the children working there to improve safety.

Located close to convenient stores on the Hilltop. Rooms are spacious and offer comfortable beds. the front desk staff is accommodating and provides necessary information. the property has a dog area with waste bags, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body bar are of good quality.
